Work From Home: Ten ways Moms can make money from Home!

Filed under: Blog, Mom Life · October 26, 2020

It’s no secret that this year has been one like no other. With the pandemic, businesses and schools closing, plus distance learning, moms are taking on more and more roles in 2020. Perhaps you had to quit your job or change your work schedule to be home with the kids. You may be wondering, how can I make some extra cash without leaving the house? Well, thanks to the internet and social media there has never been an easier time to make some extra money honey. Social Media Daily guides influencers on boosting their YouTube views and engagement.

Prior to Covid a lot of moms turned to direct sales and other home-based businesses to make extra money for their household. These are great ways to make some cash at your own pace and on your own schedule. Take advantage of the crypto coin presales to grow your money online. I know some moms that just do it around the holidays to earn some extra spending money.

Then I have also found that virtual offices are particularly beneficial in the flexibility that they offer, in terms of business expansion. There’s no need to relocate or invest in new property when your business grows. You can simply update your virtual office plan to suit your evolving needs. For more details on how this works, especially in a city like London, visit https://virtually-there.net/virtual-offices/london/ for an in-depth look at the options available. If you have a home office, consider adding a mat from Matshop for comfort and to keep your floors clean.

With the increase in online shopping and high demand for convenience, consumers are looking for just about everything. If you are looking for a new way to earn income here are the top 10 ways that moms can earn extra cash from home. Exploring reliable platforms through 먹튀검증 can also help ensure that opportunities pursued online are both safe and rewarding.

Fit Fridays: Benefits of Aloe Vera

A few weeks ago I mentioned to a friend that I had been having some digestive issues. I hate taking medicine so I was searching for natural remedies. She asked me did I ever try pure Aloe Water and I told her yes I did a while ago but it didn’t cross my mind this time. She said that her whole family takes aloe vera shots daily. So I headed to the market and purchased a Half gallon of George’s Aloe.

Within a few days I felt a lot better. I also didn’t feel as sluggish but I am not sure if that was the water or result of me not feeling the discomfort of the reflux. I thought that I would share with you guys the benefits of drinking aloe that I had no clue about until last week.

Drinking aloe vera juice has become popular lately for its support of digestive and immune system health. It also helps your body absorb nutrients easier and promotes a healthy heart, healthy blood sugar levels already within the normal range, detoxification in the body and healthy weight management when paired with diet and exercise, so is great and there is also the regenerative medicine which can help you be healthy, email us to get more information about this.

Drinking aloe vera delivers a number of benefits, including support for:

  • Digestive system
  • Immune system
  • Joints and muscles
  • Overall wellness
  • Skin and hair
  • Healthy weight management
  • And more!

Be sure to buy organic pure aloe vera juice. If you don’t like the taste there are tons of bottled aloe vera juices on the market like Alo and Healthy Life Aloe. I take 2 oz of George’s pure aloe vera water in the morning and 2 oz in the evening. Anything over 4 oz daily may result in a laxative effect. You can also get the benefits of Aloe Vera in a capsule! Cheers to good health!

Sharonda

How to stay positive in a negative situation!

Every time we turn on the news or open up our Facebook pages there is something there that we wish we didn’t see. I use to look forward to looking at new pictures or motivational posts but now all I see is divisiveness and negativity. I try not to get to political and keep my opinions at a minimum but damn. Today I was happy to see this email from Manifesting Mamas so I had to share. I hope this helps some of you today!!!

Here are 4 ways to keep your surroundings positive:

1) Stay in your lane and try not to watch the news

I don’t mean this as a turn inward ignore reality kind of escapism. But you can find out the details of what you need to know without drowning yourself in the constant negativity of the media. You can choose the channels you tune into. By all means pray, send love, donate, have compassion, but don’t feel the need to obsessively watch the news.

2) Stay off social media

…or at least don’t get sucked into arguments or political discussions. Browse, read, then move on. You can agree or disagree, but before getting sucked into commenting, ask yourself, is it worth ruining your vibration by spending your time in these types of discussion? Arguing is by nature resistance. Resistance means you are not in allowing. When you are not in allowing your capacity to receive what you desire is blocked.

3) Focus on joy and love

These are the two highest vibrations you can experience. When you are in the vibration of joy and love, you will attract things of that frequency to you. More joy? More love? Yes please. You are an energetic being. Everything in the Universe is energy. Keep your vibration high at all costs. Spend time with people you like being around. Do things that bring you joy. Listen to music. Laugh. Be happy.

4) Visualize change

Since we know that what we see around us affects how we feel, it’s important to make the conscious choice to choose something different.  When you visualize the changes that you want to make, it makes a big impact on your mindset. The more you can see the changes you desire, the more you’re actually likely to make these changes come true. Your imagination is your greatest asset in helping you manifest. You need to imagine what you want to happen, what you want to manifest.

Universal laws and conscious creation are not something you can just pick up and put down in your life when it’s convenient and expect to manifest what you desire.

Thinking in this manner and leveraging these laws to create what you desire is a way of being.

In love and joy,

Dani and Shira

Fall Fashion Faves

Filed under: Blog, Mom Life · September 28, 2017

If you are a little overwhelmed these days like me you probably don’t even know that it’s officially Fall. I know Fall in Miami doesn’t mean much. The leaves have only changed colors (brown) due to Hurricane Irma. It is still 94 degrees outside and like everyday and well we Miamians just don’t experience the four seasons. Maybe just maybe we can wear leather or long sleeves by November. Or some of us might just wear those cute fall trends and be a little ….hot. After browsing Pinterest and a few of my favorite stores, I noticed a trend. Red!!! Red is so in right now. Some ladies don’t care for red outfits. Me on the other hand will rock whatever looks good on me. If you aren’t a red girl maybe try adding just a pop with denim, white or black. You can never go wrong with a red handbag. Here are some of my Red Faves!

#Grownwoman

Today didn’t quite go as planned but it was pure magic! Everyone knows that planning an event or party takes a lot of thought, preparation and time. Sometimes you can plan for weeks or months and things don’t always go the way that you wanted them to. Well today was one of those last minute events.  I started planning it two weeks ago, but I didn’t know who would show up, if I should charge for the event and will the weather hold up??? (We are currently under a flood watch as I type this post)

As FemCity Miami President, I have to create monthly events.  Sometimes it’s a yoga class, luncheon, coffee, happy hour or meditation. I like to mix it up.  But, since it’s August and with the kids back to school this week, I didn’t know if the ladies would show up. I just wanted a little coffee power hour so the ladies could reconnect post summer vacation. Most coffee connections are informal and don’t have a speaker but at the last minute I asked Shannon Allen to share her story. And boy did she! Her passion, authenticity and encouraging words were soul stirring. We were so moved. There were all sorts of emotions displayed over the two hour meet up but that’s why I love FemCity! Women can just be themselves. We can laugh, we can be loud, we can cry, we can hug and we can take as many pictures as we want!!!! Things that you don’t normally do in a networking group. But that’s just it, we are not just a networking group, we are a sisterhood.

Today not only did we hear from the beautiful creator of Grown, every single woman at the table had their own awesomeness to share. It was powerful to hear Shannon’s story of her vision for Grown and her passion for providing healthier options for busy moms. Her slogan “eliminating mom guilt” hits close to home because as a mother of three I want the best for my kids. I know that when I go to Grown I am giving them the best. I try to cook a few times a week, but it is great to know that I can stop through the drive thru on the way home from soccer practice or after the gym for a fresh smoothie.

I am so grateful for Shannon and the other ladies that joined us today. We had two published authors, an actor, a model, a retired teacher, a breast cancer survivor, business owners, marketing and PR, interior designer and more. There were even moms that were reentering the work life. It was amazing!!! Sometimes we question why we do things or if it makes sense? Today as I was speaking, I realized that we all have different gifts. Some of us are healers, creators, connectors or educators. Whatever your gift is, don’t be afraid to share it with the world. Yes, we are more than moms! We are amazing #grownwomen that have so much to give.

If you are in Miami or Orlando, you have to check out Grown. It is the only Organic Fast Food restaurant in the U.S. right now. They cook to order and are very conscious of food sensitivities and allergies. My favorite is the Mediterranean salad with salmon. And I love the gluten free blueberry pancakes. Oh and the love greens fresh pressed juice. Yes, I love Grown!!!!

Sharonda

What’s Your Story?

After days of stressing over BlogHer17, we finally packed up the Caddy and headed up to O-town! Thanks to the Almighty for smooth highways, no traffic or major delays. We arrived at the hotel at 3:30 p.m. giving me exactly one hour to check in, change and head across the street to the Hilton. The night before I prayed that we got to stay in the tower right across from the Hilton and guess what…… prayer works. Thank you Universe! Our tower was literally right across from the crosswalk to the Hilton. I was so exhausted and ready to get this show on the road that I didn’t stress over my Thursday night outfit. Or any of my outfits. (See below)

shareFromBeautyPlus

The registration lines were so long that they allowed us to just go in for the opening keynote speaker! I nervously sat at a table towards the front of the stage with 9 other strangers. It was a bit awkward at first but after browsing around the room I recognized quite a few Miamians. I felt so relieved. The vibe in the room was something magical. Over 2000 bloggers (mostly women) in one room talking about changing the world.

shareFromBeautyPlus-1

I must admit that when I first thought about BlogHer I thought it would just be about making money from your blog or how to gain more followers. Boy was I wrong. The focus of most of the keynote speakers was how we can use our voice to change the world. To start a movement. To make a difference. When you acknowledge the power of  your gifts, ideas and passion, you can really change someone’s world.

19399113_10211606304290393_797056647915185282_n

I was so glad that I took that leap and went. I am thankful to my wonderful husband that took all three kids to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom while I got my BlogHer on. I am thankful for all of the beautiful people that I met at the bar, the bathroom, waiting in line for lunch, and waiting in line for speed dating and reading uberhorny reviews swingtowns. It was truly a life changing weekend for me. Those who are looking for websites offer adult entertainment may visit 수원op. So if you are blogging and wondering why, or is anyone really reading your posts, know that they are and your story can change someone’s life.

BlogHer17

So it’s 2 days away from BlogHer17 and I am freaking out! This is my first blogger conference and I am so excited, a little nervous and well did I say excited? Last year my friend tried to convince me to go to blogHer16 in L.A. but I didn’t want to fly nor was I ready to take the official leap into the blogger hemisphere. Here we are a year later and I am taking that leap. (Yayyyyy)  This morning I woke up questioning if I was really ready? Then came, what do I wear? Will I know anyone? Will I learn anything? Will they like me? Is this the direction that I want to go? What do I wear? Is this the right time? What do I wear?  Yes I think I am obsessing a little too much over what I should wear. But really what do you wear to a conference with thousands of ladies? And shoes I need cute but comfy shoes for all of the standing around and mingling.

There is a crazy lineup all three days.  And I got into the speed dating where it’s invite only and you get 90 seconds with some of the top brands. Yes I am freaking out.  I am also really looking forward to seeing Chelsea Clinton and meeting Serena Williams. Yep, I am putting out into the Universe that I am going to meet Serena this weekend. I cannot wait to share my tips and meet all of the incredible women that will be there this year. If you are thinking about taking that leap and stepping out of your comfort zone all I can say is dive in. If you are waiting for the right time, guess what? There will never be a perfect time. #letsdothis

We All Grow MIAMI

Yesterday I attended my first blogging conference. I have participated in several blogger workshops over the years but never a day “Conference”. We All Grow MIAMI took place at the fabulous Little River Studios in Miami. (A bloggers dream= Instagram photos for days)  The unpredictable South Florida weather tried to rain on our parade but after an hour the sun came out and blessed us with a typical humid Saturday in Miami. Breakfast was sponsored by Honey Bunches of Oats and it was delicioso!

cr_2kh8weaa1gji

After breakfast we listened to the #girlboss panel. It was cool until the second session was in Spanish only. My friends said they were use to it and it happens all the time in Miami. I was like huhh! The best part was the mentoring sessions. We actually got to pick a pros brain. Before we knew it lunch was served.  Walt Disney World Parks sponsored lunch. The food was pretty good for a buffet and the champagne kept flowing.

Let me tell you it was quite an experience. First, blogging is a lot harder than you think. It takes a lot to be consistent and create meaningful content. If you really want to monetize your blog you have to connect, collaborate and attract a brand that reflect your values. It was great to see so many ladies that are killing it in the blog industry. I met so many famous Instagram fashion bloggers and watched how influential they were.  If you are trying to get in the blog world I definitely recommend attending a blogger conference. I also highly recommend that you go with a friend! It’s the only way to GROW!

It’s My B-day!

This year I did something that I have never done before, I planned my own birthday party! My hubby asked , “Are you turning 40 or something”?  I just smiled. Why wait until you are 40, 50, or 60 to celebrate? So I invited a few of my favorite friends and headed to my favorite restaurant Town for ladies night out!!!!! This restaurant is perfectly created by the Minneapolis architect with a good ambiance and vibrant atmosphere. Just like great kitchen remodelers bring a fresh, stylish feel to a home, this place brought the perfect vibe to our celebration.

We ate, sipped champagne and played a few games. Pandora kept us dancing and laughing for hours. It was a blessing to see all of the women that support and inspire me to do all that I do. It is true when they say, “Find your tribe and love them hard”! Real friends are hard to find! Don’t wait to celebrate! A quick check with a calculator age tool made the #38isgreat moment feel even more official.

Last Friday, I had the most beautiful morning with FemCity Miami! This group of women is truly special—they inspire me in countless ways and remind me that we are always stronger together.
Our philanthropic chair, Robin, partnered with Chapman to create holiday gift bags for the women in our local homeless shelter, and it was such a meaningful way to kick off the season.
There are so many ways to give back during the holidays. Please consider volunteering or donating to your local charities—you can make a real difference!
