OMG! I am so excited for tonight’s Game 6 of the NBA Finals. Miami is buzzing everywhere you go. It is tough for a die heart Heat fan like myself on a day like this. I had to hand wash my White Hot Heat bling tee this morning just to make sure it was ready for tonight. It is air drying as I type this post. After listening to Steven A. Smith and Skip Bayless talk for the last hour about their game day predictions and analysis, I am even more hyped than I was when I woke up. So it is once again “Win or Go Home” for the Heat. Let’s pray they turn it up and blow those Spurs back to San Antonio on Thursday night. Let’s Go Heat!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well today is off to a crazy start. The kids had camp at 9:30 and at 8:15 I discovered there was nothing in the fridge for lunch. So I had to rush to Publix on the way to camp with all three munchkins (the little one still in her Minnie Mouse pajamas). Yes it was that kind of morning. I dropped them off, got gas and made it to train with Mike and Mari by 10 a.m.! I made it happen. Yes that is my motto these days. My hands are full but I will get it done. On another note, I am still waiting for my patio furniture that did not make it on Friday but is suppose to be here by 2:00.

This week has flown by. After being credit card scammed, the hustle and bustle of summer camp and my natural hair drama, I am so ready for the weekend. I am really excited that my patio furniture is on the way. The tracking says tomorrow, but it looks like Saturday. I pray it looks the way I pictured it. I discovered these Smirnoff frozen drink pouches in Publix the other day. They were 4 for $7. You just pop them in the freezer for 6 hours or so and then run warm water on the pouch for like 20 seconds and bam you have a frozen daiquiri. They come in a variety of flavors. So far I am loving the strawberry lemonade.I can’t wait to sip them on our new patio set. What is your favorite summer drink?

What Sporty Momma does not love a sale????? The Victoria’s Secret Semi-Annual sale is going on now. I look forward to this event every summer. With our trip to Antigua a few months away, I am already getting my wardrobe together. I know it is early, but hey I am excited! Here a few things I am ordering ASAP.

I was not sure if I was going to sign my oldest two kids up for camp. I don’t really like the fact that most camps are run by high school/college students. However, after driving around all day on Friday with my “Stew Crew” I thought to myself this is going to be a long summer. My friend J, mentioned to me that she has a gymnastics camp and I should bring the kids by. I was hesitant, but she reassured me that they would love it. On Saturday, I popped in to check it out and it is awesome.The price is great too. The kids are so excited that they are going to gymnastics camp. They keep telling everyone they saw, “We are going to camp!” I am excited for a few hours of down time…who am I kidding, I will be driving around all day. Oh well I have to make it happen!!!!!

We made it through another school year!!!!!Thank you to Mrs. Simpson and Mrs. Canino for taking care of my kiddos all year. I know my former coworkers and friends are so excited for summer. I hope you all relax and enjoy spending time with your family and friends. Today officially kicks off “Mommy Boot Camp”. Rule number one, do not wake mommy up before 8:30 a.m.! Our first field trip will be to the movies to see Epic. I figure if I keep them busy they won’t drive me crazy. I am so looking forward to cocktails with friends tonight. I am so thankful for all of the beautiful moms that came to Sporty Momma’s Night out last night. We really had a great evening. There were lots of new faces and a few familiar faces. I am so blessed to be around other positive women making it happen. We spent most of the evening socializing and our featured Sporty Momma of the month “Monique Spence” gave us tips for surviving the summer with the kids out of school. One key point was to remember to have some “ME” time. The ladies enjoyed great food, drinks, giveaways and so much more. Here are some of my favorite pictures!!!!
