We had a blast at the Baptist Health “Heart of Cooking” event led by the talented Chef Mika at the Real Food Academy. I learned that there are so many ways to create healthy cultural recipes full of flavor. The Baptist Health experts shared their perspectives on healthy eating for a healthy heart. The DJ kept us hype as we cooked and sipped delicious mocktails. I laughed, I danced and I even learned two new recipes.
