I hope you all had a fabulous week. This week flew by so fast I can’t believe it’s the weekend. The weather is gorgeous and I am looking forward to a great workshop this morning with the lovely ladies of Femfessionals. Last night I met up with a few girlfriends at Town for a much needed “Mommy Break”. I ordered a “Pink Elephant” and it was sweet and sassy. Here is one of many recipes for the Pink Elephant. 1 part white cranberry juice
1 part berry vodka
1/2 part raspberry liqueur (recommended: Chambord)
1/2 part Limoncello
To a shaker full of ice, add all ingredients. Shake well and pour into chilled martini glasses.
