Another weekend has come and gone. So by now you know that I am working out with Mike “the trainer” and Mari. Today made week 7 and I am so happy that we are sticking with this program. I am down 4 pounds with 5 more to go. I didn’t start losing weight until I started watching what I ate. It is crazy! Now I am really feeling guilty when I eat certain foods or if I think about eating something that I know will set me back. I try to grab something healthier instead. Today I resisted McDonald’s fries. (Everyone knows how hard those are to resist) The weekends are my cheat days. I ate pretty healthy but I craved white chocolate macadamia cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory. I divided into two servings and had a little on Saturday and a little on Sunday. Maybe one day I will give that up to but a girl has to have a treat every now and then. If you are thinking of starting a workout routine, go ahead and start now. Make it Happen!!!!
