Well Mommas, after slacking on my fitness routine and all of the late nights eating on vacation, this Momma needs a detox. I am about five pounds heavier than I want to be and I can feel it. My skin is suffering a little too. Whenever I get pimples on my chin, I know that it is my diet.  I texted my girlfriend a few days after I returned from Turks and asked her what type of tea did she used to help cleanse.
