I have some exciting news to share with you all! Over the next few weeks, you can participate in Community Care Plan’s online scavenger hunt for a chance to win great prizes. All you have to do is answer some trivia questions correctly; the answers can be found on the Community Care Plan website. 

Here is what you need to know:  

1. Community Care Plan will be asking one question per week on 12/3 and 12/10.
2. The sweepstakes close on 12/17.
3. The first five participants in each county – Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Monroe, Indian River, Martin, Okeechobee, and St. Lucie – will receive a prize every week.
4. There will be one grand prize winner in each county. The first person to answer all the questions correctly from each county will receive a gift pack with the following:
