Ingredients
1/2 pound fresh shrimp 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1 package shredded cole slaw Egg Roll Wraps
1/2 cup shredded carrots Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts Soy Sauce
1/4 cup chopped onions Corn starch
Salt Sugar
Directions
1. Combine the following in a small bowl, stir and set aside
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2. Cook shrimp and set aside
3. Saute the remaining ingredients then add shrimp
4. Add mixture from step 1 to shrimp mix
5. Add cilantro
6. Roll mixture into egg rolls
7. Fry until crispy golden brown
