Happy New Year! It is taking me a few days to get to the routine again but you gotta do what you gotta do. I am happy to say that I have worked out all three days this week. Tennis on Monday, weight training on Tuesday and Boxing Gym today! Tomorrow is my off day. Is working out on your New Year’s resolution list? What do you do to keep fit?
