I have a confession. My desire to workout regularly has slightly diminished. Ok no it just totally disappeared around Thanksgiving. I was busy running around preparing for business and school activities and I just lost it. Not to mention I hurt my left hip doing what I don’t remember. I know I am not the only one because I have heard other people talking about the same thing. SO if you are like me and need to get back into the workout groove, let’s get it. Give yourself a goal and stick with it. My new goal is to be active at least 3 times a week and to get back into that little black bikini for our trip to the Bahamas in May. What’s your goal?
